Welcome to Vigor Mentors. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “T&C”) govern your use of our event management services (“Services”) available through our website www.vigormentors.com (“Website”) and form a binding contractual agreement between you, the client, and Vigor Mentors, the service provider.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Vigor Mentors for event management services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, which include our Privacy Policy available on our Website. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
2. Service Description
Vigor Mentors provides comprehensive event management services, including but not limited to event planning, coordination, execution, and post-event services for various types of events such as corporate events, weddings, conferences, and seminars.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1. To book our Services, you must complete the booking process on our Website or contact us at info@vigormentors.com. 3.2. A deposit is required to secure your event date, with the balance due as outlined in your service agreement. 3.3. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to info@vigormentors.com. 4.2. If you cancel your event, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date may incur additional fees.
5. Changes to Services
Any changes to the scope of Services after the agreement has been signed may result in additional charges. All changes must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
6. Liability
6.1. Vigor Mentors shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service. 6.2. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Services.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Vigor Mentors, including but not limited to website content, logos, graphics, and marketing materials, are the exclusive property of Vigor Mentors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all information related to the event planning and execution confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, then the dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
10. Amendments
Vigor Mentors reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be posted on our Website and will take effect immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vigor Mentors operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
