Refund Policy for Vigor Mentors

Introduction

At Vigor Mentors, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which Vigor Mentors may provide refunds and the process for requesting a refund. This policy is in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of our services.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Cancellation by Client: If a client cancels their event, the initial deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled event, any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be eligible for a partial refund, less any expenses already incurred by Vigor Mentors in preparation for the event. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are not eligible for a refund, except under extraordinary circumstances, at the discretion of Vigor Mentors.
  2. Cancellation by Vigor Mentors: In the rare event that Vigor Mentors must cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the event. This does not apply to cancellations due to force majeure as described in our Terms and Conditions.
  3. Service Non-fulfillment: If Vigor Mentors fails to provide the agreed-upon services due to our fault, clients may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the extent of the service non-fulfillment.

Process for Requesting a Refund

  1. Written Notification: Clients wishing to request a refund must submit their request in writing to info@vigormentors.com. The request should include the client’s name, event date, reason for the refund request, and any relevant documentation.
  2. Review Process: Upon receiving a refund request, Vigor Mentors will review the request in accordance with this policy. We aim to process refund requests within 30 days of receipt.
  3. Refund Issuance: If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon. Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Exceptions

No refunds will be given in the following situations:

  • If the client decides to cancel the event for reasons not covered under our cancellation policy.
  • For minor dissatisfaction with the services where the event has otherwise been executed as agreed.
  • For circumstances beyond the control of Vigor Mentors, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other force majeure events.
